All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for your item to be made and then shipped. If your order is for a specific date, please contact us at info@legiesegieactivewear.com before placing your order. We strive to accommodate as many customers as possible, and only during peak times will we use the full 15 business day dispatch time. Customer orders may take up to 30 working days to be dispatched. Getting updated on your order is easy. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your reference number. International orders may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. This is based on the value of your order and the duty threshold within your country. These rates are unchangeable and are set by your countries government. Customers are solely responsible to these fees. You can find out more information on your local government website.
What happens if I refuse to pay Customs Fees? If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, there will be an additional charge to re-ship your items.
We do our very best to accommodate our customers. If your order has been placed within 2 days, contact us via info@legiesegieactivewear.com to enquire about an order amendment, and we will discuss if this is an option. Please include your order number and full name within your email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to offer this during busy periods.

Please contact us for the order form and process - please note that international orders (outside of the UK) will be quoted on the delivery cost dependant on order volume.
