SHORT BREAK NOTICE

I'm taking a short break from 21st September - 3rd October - I'll be working on your fabulous order before I go away. 

Order by the 27th August for dispatch by the 15th September for made to order items.

Order by the 13th September for ready to ship items.

Don't worry, you can still secure your order past these dates to be worked on from 3rd October 2023, with dispatched within 15 working days from this date.

Processing time

Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be dispatched as all pieces are hand made to order.

If you have a date in mind that you need your order for please do contact me via info@legiesegieactivewear.com and I will do my best to fulfil and discuss the options with you. 

Delivery

All items are handmade to order unless stated in the description, please allow up to 15 business days for your item to be made and then shipped. If your order is for a specific date, please do contact us. We love to accommodate as many customers as possible and only on peak times will use this full 15 business day dispatch time.

Standard UK Delivery -  1st Class Signed For with Royal Mail 

International Delivery - Tracked & Signed up to 10-15 working days.

Exchange

We gladly accept exchange on your order if your item isn't quite fitting the bill. Please contact us within 14 days via the contact us page on our website and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to fulfil your exchange, due to fabric availability this isn't always possible, however we can offer alternatives. If this occurs we will contact you via email. Buyers are responsible to return postage to exchange an item. Please note that Sale items are non-exchangeable.

 

Returns Policy  

Here at Legie Segie Activewear we have a tight quality control system however very occasionally some items can slip through. As all items are handmade to order we only accept returns on incorrect orders or faulty goods and must comply with our policy below. Please note that Sale items are non-refundable - please read the description for details on sample sale pieces to understand any imperfections on garments. Please email via the on the contact page within 7 days of receiving your item and we will arrange this with you. A refund will be provided if a faulty item is dispatched and returned;

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

  • Items must be unworn, not washed, and free from makeup and deodorant marks and any other damage.

  • Please try on items over the top of underwear.

  • Buyers will initially need to pay for return shipping - this will be refunded.

  • Please provide us with name, full address, contact email and reasons for return.
