Delivery & Exchange
Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be dispatched as all pieces are hand made to order.
If you have a date in mind that you need your order for please do contact me before placing your order via firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to fulfil and discuss the options with you. Custom orders can take up to 30 workings days to dispatch.
All items are handmade to order unless stated in the description, please allow up to 15 business days for your item to be made and then shipped. If your order is for a specific date, please do contact us prior to placing your order. We love to accommodate as many customers as possible and only on peak times will use this full 15 business day dispatch time.
RM Tracked 48 : Typically 2 to 4 working days
RM Tracked 24 : Typically 1 to 2 working days
DPD : 1 - 2 working days (not on weekends)
RM Special Delivery : Next Day

We gladly accept exchange on your order if your item isn't quite fitting the bill. Please contact us within 14 days via the contact us page on our website and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to fulfil your exchange, due to fabric availability this isn't always possible, however we can offer alternatives. If this occurs we will contact you via email. Buyers are responsible to return postage to exchange an item. Please note that Sale items are non-exchangeable. All Sale Ready to Ship pieces are non exchangeable and non refundable - please read the description for details on whether the item you are looking to purchase is new or a sample, pieces are priced accordingly.
Due to colour dye batches and supplier availability, if you order pieces in separate orders there may be a difference in the shade.
As a predominately made to order brand, we love creating your custom requests, please be mindful that custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable as they are made to your requirements - custom fabrics are not priced at exclusive use.
Here at Legie Segie Activewear we have a tight quality control system however very occasionally some items can slip through. As all items are handmade to order we only accept returns on incorrect orders or faulty goods and must comply with our policy below. Please note that Sale items are non-refundable - please read the description for details on sample sale pieces to understand any imperfections on garments. Please email via the on the contact page within 7 days of receiving your item and we will arrange this with you. A refund will be provided if a faulty item is dispatched and returned;

Items must be unworn, not washed, and free from makeup and deodorant marks and any other damage.

Buyers will initially need to pay for return shipping - this will be refunded.
