when will i receive my order?
All items are handmade to order, please allow up to 15 business days for your item to be made and then shipped. If your order is for a specific date, please do contact us. We love to accommodate as many customers as possible and only on peak times will use this full 15 business day dispatch time.

Getting updated on your order is easy. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your reference number. Simply type your number in on the Royal Mail link below for full details.

customs & import fees
You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. This is based on the value of your order and the duty threshold within your country. These rates are unchangeable and are set by your countries government. Customers are solely responsible to these fees.
What happens if I refuse to pay Customs Fees? If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, there will be an additional charge to re-ship your items.
Can I amend my order?
We do our very best to accommodate our customers, if your order has been placed within 2 days contact us via email@example.com to enquire about an order amend and we will discuss if this is an option. Please include your order number and full name within your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to offer this during busy periods.
How do I care for or wash my item?
Keep your new pole wear looking its best by making sure you follow the care instructions found within the label sewn into your item.

How do I redeem my gift card amount?
You lucky things you, someone must love you! Simply apply your code on the checkout page to redeem the value of your gift card. You can spend the value as you wish, you don't have to spend the whole value in one transaction. . .if you can resist! Gift cards have a 12 month expiry date.
Will you sponsor me or my event?

Do we take wholesale enquires?
Although we are a made to order brand, we are happy to discuss the potential of wholesale orders. Please contact us and ensure to including your re-sale platform/studio, location and full contact details.
